How to request deletion

Email info@mitiqueteonline.com with the subject: Data deletion - WhatsApp CRM.
Provide the full WhatsApp number, including country code, and the name used in the conversation.
State whether you want to delete a conversation, contact data, a quote or all Mitiquete-controlled data associated with that number.
You may also start the request through the official WhatsApp number +57 310 890 5400. To protect your data, verification may continue through a verifiable channel.

Identity verification

Mitiquete may request minimum information to confirm that the requester controls the number or is the data subject.
We will never request Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp passwords, login codes, two-factor codes or access tokens.
For business requests, we may verify the requester's relationship with the business account involved.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request and communicate its status through the verified channel.
When applicable, we will delete or anonymize personal data controlled by Mitiquete and associated with the request.
After completion, we will send confirmation or explain which information must be retained and why.

Scope and exceptions

The request covers data controlled by Mitiquete CRM. It does not automatically delete the user's WhatsApp account or data independently controlled by Meta or WhatsApp.
We may retain records required for legal, contractual, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, security or legal-claims purposes.
Where partial retention is required, processing will be limited to the purpose that justifies retention.
